The main component of dynamism; the change, gained momentum in recent centuriesand it necessitated the search for more effective solutions in architecture. The change definedthe secret of lingering structures as; constructing a provident and multi-functional structurethat is able to respond the new requirements of the future. The existence of humankind is possible only with supplying basic needs. Thehumankind has been changing the minimum requirements for survival for the earlierhistorical periods. While the minimum level of basic needs was to get enough air, water andfood in the past; in our era, it is required to follow some particular health norms while gettingthose basics.The global change and local diversities on eating and drinking culture highlighted theimportance of one matter; consuming fresh and natural food in order to enjoy good health.Wholesale markets are places for exchanging food. They are not only high level of retailactivity areas but also centers, which directly affect the food and life cultures.
