چکیده:
Differential Evolution algorithm (DE), one of the evolutionary algorithms, is a novel optimization method capable of handling non-differentiable, non-linear and multimodal objective functions. DE takes large computational time for optimizing the computationally expensive objective functions. Therefore, an attempt to speed up DE is considered necessary. This paper introduces a modification on original DE that enhances the convergence rate. Our Adaptive Differential Evolution algorithm (ADE) uses variable scaling parameter (F) as against constant scaling parameter in original DE at any iteration. Some functions such as logarithmic, exponential, inverse and square for changing F with iteration are examined, and Numerical results suggest that square function has a best performance to reduce solution vectors dispersal and results in faster convergence. The proposed ADE is applied to optimize three non-linear chemical engineering problems. Results obtained are compared with those obtained using DE by considering the convergence history (CPU time and the number of runs converged to global optimum) and error in any iteration. As compared to DE, ADE is found to perform better in locating the global optimal solution, reduces the memory and computational efforts by reducing the number of iteration to reach a global optimal solution for all the considered problems.

چکیده:
Within this framework we describe a novel technique for removing noise from digital noisy images, based on the modeling of wavelet coefficient with bivariate normal distribution and statistical calculation. A method for image denoising is presented in this paper to maximize a posterior density function (MAP) estimator using a bivariate normal random variable. We use our denoising algorithm in 2-D complex wavelet domain comparing with soft and hard thresholding method of stationary wavelet analysis tool (2-D SWT). Despite the simplicity of our method in its implementation, our denoising results achieves better performance than the other mentioned methods both visually and in terms of peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR).

چکیده:
بررسی فضاهای شهری از جنبه های گوناگون مقوله ای است که امروزه بیش از پیش مورد توجه محققین و اندیشمندان در حوزه های مختلف علمی قرار گرفته است. شهر دارای ابعاد مختلف زیستی، فیزیکی و فرهنگی- اجتماعی است و شهروندان یک شهر در کنار زندگی زیستی از زندگی اجتماعی و فرهنگی برخوردارند و از خلال ارتباطات خود، هویت اجتماعی مشخصی را در قالب حیات جمعی خود کسب می کنند. .فضاهای عمومی در شهر ارتباط نزدیک و قوی با شکل گیری مفهوم شهروندی دارد. به همین ترتیب فضاهای عمومی بستر اصلی شگل گیری جامعه و حیات جمعی در شهرها می باشند. در این پژوهش سعی شده است که نقش فضاهای جمعی شهری، عوامل موثر بر حیات جمعی و کیفیت اجتماع پذیری فضاهای عمومی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد

چکیده:
The rise of ‘urban sprawl’ as the primary form of urban development has come under increased criticism in recent years because of its negative environmental, social and economic effects. Sprawl development is now perceived as contributing to significant fiscal costs for infrastructure providers such as local government. The form of the city is still a crucial aspect of its sustainability, and as the negative environmental, economic and social effects of urban sprawl become increasingly visible through traffic congestion, social isolation and the continual loss of important land on the urban fringe, it becomes clear that continuing this pattern of development into the future will be highly unsustainable. This paper will discuss the evolution of urban sprawl: how and why it has occurred; why it is so unsustainable yet so popular; before moving on to focus on the compact city concept. This is discussed in relation to differences between definitions of what exactly a ‘compact city’ is, and how it varies through the literature related to the topic; Also will include an extended discussion about what makes a city (or part of a city) compact or not, and what the supposed benefits are from increasing the density of the urban environment. Method in this research, is comparative – analytic. The results show that In response to this dire situation, literature in the early-to-mid 1990s proposed a blanket solution, which has been termed ‘the compact city’: a model of urban intensification that would (supposedly) reduce car-trips, ‘save’ the countryside from urban expansion, promote social equity, revive derelict downtown areas, and contribute to greater urban vitality and long-term sustainability.

چکیده:
دهکده جهانی در عصر فراصنعتی، سازمانها را به تأکید بر نوآوری، خلاقیت، ریسک پذیری و انعطاف پذیری بیشتر ملزم کرده است. در این راستا، از کارآفرینی به عنوان موتور محرک توسعه ی اقتصادی یاد میشود، زیرا باعث رشد و توسعه ی اقتصادی کشورها، افزایش بهره وری، ایجاد اشتغال و رفاه اجتماعی میشود. بنابراین، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه ی کارآفرینی در سازمانها از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. این مقاله با توجه به پیشینه ی موضوع، به بررسی و شناخت مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه ی کارآفرینی در سازمانها پرداخته است و پس از جمع بندی عوامل شناسایی شده، آنها را در جدولی ارائه کرده است. روش جمعآوری اطلاعات در این مقاله، استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای و روش تحقیق، روش ترکیبی است. در پایان، این عوامل را به شکل مدلی جامع دسته بندی کرده است. سازمانها میتوانند با استفاده از نتایج این پژوهش، به توسعه ی کارآفرینی در بین اعضای خود اقدام کنند.
