چکیده:

An analytical model of the full device generation, transport, and recombination equations is established tosimulate a solar cell based on vertically aligned silicon p-i-n core-shell-shell nanorods interfacing with graphene film (G/(p-i-n)NR). Then, a particular attention is paid to the effects of the number of graphene layers on the performance of the G/(p-i-n)NR solar sell. Furthermore, the G/(p-i-n)NR parameters as functions of the temperature, doping concentration, and nanorods length are investigated.
