چکیده مقاله:
In the recent years 2,2 –biimidazole (BIIM) have attracted much attention due to theirbiological applications and also the coordinationchemistry of metal complexes of 2,2 –biimidazolewith main group transition metal atoms. Imidazole derivatives are commoncomponents of a large number of natural products and pharmacologically activemolecules.Classically, 2,2"-biimidazoles are known for their ability to act as bidentate,tridentate, and tetradentate ligands which are capable of stabilizing both homonuclearand heteronuclear metal complexes.The role importance of imidazole and derivatives both inthe field of biologically active compounds and in organic synthesis is well documented [1-3].
