Political skills could be considered as one of the most significant characteristics of any managerwith which he could manage his employees more efficiently. As limited studies have beencarried out in this field, our main purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of managers’political skills on employees’ organizational commitment considering the intermediary role ofthe inferred organizational support and employees’ job satisfaction.The statistical community of this study included the managers and employees of MahabGhodsCompany. According to Morgan’s table, 92 people have been chosen as the samples; and afterdata gathering by standard questionnaire, political skills have been analyzed.The stability of the questionnaire has been approved thanks to Crown Bache Alpha coefficient,and its nominal and content validity have been approved and confirmed by the professors andspecialists of this field. Moreover, the study’s model and assumptions have been analyzed andfitted with the use of AMOS structural equation software.The results demonstrate that managers’ political skills have a positive and meaningful relationwith inferred organizational support, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Thepositive impact of inferences from organizational support on employees’ job satisfaction andorganizational commitment has been also confirmed. Finally, the intermediary role of theinferred organizational support and job satisfaction in the relation of political skill andemployees’ organizational commitment has been approved, as well
