چکیده:
Zinc oxide (ZnO) nano particle prepared by calcination of zinc peroxide and (NH4)2[Zn(dipic)2] complex. Zinc peroxide decomposed in 473 K and (NH4)2[Zn (dipic)2] decomposed in three steps and decomposed completely in 753 K. Particle size of this work was about 27 to 31 nm. FT-IR ofnano particles show absorptions in 480, 1061, 3437 cm-1. TEM image shows the morphology of product prepared from (NH4)2[Zn(dipic)2] complex (method B) are spherical
